What is Blood Type? Blood type is a horror fanzine that specializes in all
types of horror films, concentrating on the low budget and cult films
of today and yesterday.
Is Blood Type a professional
magazine? No, it is strictly a home based fanzine created using FREE e-book software from NATATA
What kinds of information do you
offer in Blood Type? Horror related articles, interviews, and book/film
reviews.
Do you accept submissions?
Yes! Please send one submission per month to Blood Type
Submissions, 1180 Oak Road, Lewisport, KY 42351. We accept
short stories(2500 words or less), poetry, book and film reviews, and
opinion pieces. All submissions must have a horror or suspense
slant(no pornography, please). Do not send your only copy and
please send a SASE for any material you would like returned. Blood Type
is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail. 2-3
submissions per month will be chosen for that month's issue.
Payment will be in the form of 1 contributer's
copy.
Are you paid for publishing Blood Type?
No, I receive no monetary compensation for publishing Blood Type Magazine. However, if you would like to send a donation of no more than $10.00 to help cover the cost of supplies, please send a check or money order made out to Dana L. Estes at: Blood Type IV Infusion, 1180 Oak Road, Lewisport, KY 42351.
How often is Blood Type published?
At this time, Blood Type is expected to be a bi-monthly fanzine.
However, time constraints on interviews and the availability of horror
related information may alter this schedule. The premeire issue
is expected to be released in January 2005.

For all subscriptions that will be postmarked after September 10, 2004 please e-mail me at evil_dead_chick76@hotmail.com. Please be sure to put "subscription request" in your e-mail so that I may expedite your request. You will receive a CD-R containing both the software to view the e-zine plus the'zine itself. An instruction sheet will also be provided to guide you in the installation of the software. Blood Type is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
